Shipping and Handling

Shipping is £4.00 to UK and EU addresses. For other destinations please contact us before placing your order.  We offer free delivery on orders above £39.00.

Delivery

We aim to process your order as quickly as possible, but in some instances (for example around Christmas) delivery may take a little longer.  All orders are sent by Royal Mail. If we cannot deliver to you within 10 working days after placement of order, we will contact you.

Returns

If you are not satisfied with your purchase you can return the goods to us, within 10 working days, in their original packaging and in a saleable condition for an exchange or a refund of the cost of the goods. Please ensure you obtain a certificate of posting from the Post Office as proof of their return. You must send the goods back to our contact address:  I-SPECS.CO.UK, 13 Woodlands Road, London SW13 0JZ, UK at your own cost unless we delivered them to you in error or the item is damaged or defective.  In those cases we willl bear the return costs.  This does not affect your statutory rights.
