If you are not happy with your purchase you can return the goods to us, within 10 working days, in their original packaging and in a saleable condition for an exchange or a refund of the cost of the goods.  Please ensure that you receive a certificate of posting from the Post Office as proof of their return.  Please send the goods back to our contact address: 13 Woodlands Road, London  SW13 0JZ, UK at your own cost unless we delivered them to you in error or the item is damaged or defective.  In those cases we will bear the return cost.  This does not affect your statutory rights.
